Our mission is not only to provide resources, but also to support the fighting spirit of those who defend our freedom every day.
The Charity Fund “On the Guard of Victory” was created to systematically support servicemen, veterans and their family members from the 127th Kharkiv Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade (SHMB).
The Fund works in two equal directions: ensuring the needs of the brigade during service and comprehensive support after return. We operate at the intersection of humanitarian aid and social work — from evacuation and medicine to rehabilitation and psychological recovery.
We work on principles that build trust and results
Humanity. The Foundation puts the protection of human life and dignity above all else. Our assistance is aimed at preventing suffering and alleviating its consequences — regardless of the circumstances.
Targetedness. Each decision is based on a real request — from a unit or from a specific person. We do not work in the abstract.
Transparency. Every hryvnia has a purpose and confirmation. We openly report on fees, expenses, and results.
Efficiency. Minimum bureaucracy — maximum speed. Especially where time means life.
Continuity. We accompany a person as long as necessary — and do not close the appeal after the first step.
Partnership. We build a stable network with NGOs, state institutions, and businesses so that resources reach where they are needed most.
Areas of activity
— Brigade support
The Foundation provides units of the 127th SHMB at the direct request of the command: communications equipment, tactical medicine, evacuation equipment, equipment. No weapons and lethal means – only what saves life and maintains combat readiness.
— Support for veterans and their families
The Foundation’s patronage service provides comprehensive individual support to each beneficiary – from the first appeal to resolving the situation.
Areas of work
Physical rehabilitation — referral to rehabilitation centers, individual recovery programs, provision of technical means (prostheses, orthoses, mobility aids).
Psychological assistance — individual and group consultations, support for PTSD, combat stress, grief and adaptation to civilian life.
Legal support — free consultations on veteran status, benefits, pensions, payments in connection with death or disappearance.
Case management — individual coordination between medical, social, psychological and legal services.
Social care — practical assistance to veterans with disabilities and families of the deceased: household support, accompaniment to medical institutions, provision of basic necessities.
Veteran space — a place for communication, self-help groups and restoration of social ties after service.
Retreat camps are field recovery programs for veterans and their families: psychological support, group therapy, physical activity.
Beneficiaries of the fund: servicemen and veterans of the 127th SHMB, members of their families, relatives of the deceased and missing.
